Administrative Assistant - Job#199
Entry Level Administrative Assistant

A very busy office looking for a person to assist with typing standard letters, handle copies, put together bindings. Handle some billings that are done on an Excel spreadsheet. Company likes to take people from the ground up and train on environmental engineering.

Requirements:

  •  Smart, sharp, and focused on doing work

  •  Clear speech and good on phones.

  •  Customer service skills in terms of working with people.

  •  Able to take good clear information over the phone.

  •  Good Word and Excel skills.

Temp to hire position

Hours: 8-4:30 w/half hour lunch

Pay: 30K when hired with company

Customer Service Representative - Job#212
 

The company is a global leader in the industrial maintenance industry manufacturing hydraulic and pneumatic tools and pumps that grew by 40% in 2007. They have been in business for 40 years and are headquartered in Bergen County, NJ.

Requirements:

  • Solid Customer Support Service experience (at least 3+ years).

  • Strong self starter who doesn't require supervision

  • Comes from a technical/mechanical industry.

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and do whatever it takes to get a job done.

  • Quick thinker that can communicate effectively with customers and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Start out in the warehouse to familiarize yourself with products, products are very specific and are usually tailored to customers needs.

  • Work with sales reps and customers

  • Fielding calls regarding broken tools, must assist customers in renting or loaning out tools.

  • Get the customer what they need to satisfy them in a very timely manner.

Note: This company has a great learning curve because of their product line. They manufacture here and abroad and parts are always coming in and going our in a fast paced environment.

  • Location: Northern Bergen County
  • Pay: Up to 37K + potential bonus + company paid benefits

  • Deadline and results driven

  • Able to see the big picture and motivate others to do the same

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain continuous status of projects.

  • Stay on top of the engineers to make sure that the projects are moving along in a well paced, timely manner and are all coordinated. (This may not happen without you.)

  • Constant interfacing between vendors, engineers and machine shop.

  • Location: Northern Bergen County
  • Hours: 8-5
  • Pay: Up to 39K + company paid benefits

Order Entry Rep - Job#216

PREFERED EXPERIENCE:

  • Import/export, Logistics Experience
  • Experience with PO's and payment terms

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take Orders from customers and sales reps via phone, fax and email

  • Enter orders into the system and forward detailed info to Warehouse, Inventory and Finance.

  • May or may not get involved with follow up procedures
